VinYoga Studio (Dr. Vinayana Bagrecha Jain) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use vinyogastudio.in or enrol in a service.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, age, and the health or goal information you type on an enrolment or payment form.
  • Payment information: Razorpay processes payments and shares with us the amount, date, status and payment reference. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
  • Website usage: anonymous visit statistics through Google Analytics (IP address anonymised).

2. Why we use it

The shared booking form collects selected services, the joining month or preferred date, and your ice bath health declaration. Health information stays in the studio's private booking records. Razorpay handles the card and bank details you enter for payment.

  • To confirm your enrolment and contact you about classes, plans, sessions and payments.
  • To tailor practice safely to your health and goals.
  • To keep accounts and meet legal and tax obligations.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services that help us run VinYoga — Razorpay (payments), our secure database and hosting providers, and Google Analytics — or when the law requires it.

4. Storage and security

Your details are stored in a secured database that only the studio owner can access. We keep them for as long as you are a student and as long as needed for accounts and legal requirements afterwards.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. Records we must keep by law (such as payment records) are retained for the required period.

If you join a service notification list, we save your email address, the service you chose and your consent date. VinYoga uses this list only to email you when that service is ready to book. You can ask to be removed by emailing [email protected].
